Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik (Studi Pada Salah Satu Kantor Camat di Sumatera Utara)

Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the District Head Office. The population in the study was 32 District Office employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. This type of research is quantitative research. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive and multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using the t test, F test and coefficient of determination of the tabulated results of the research questionnaire. The results obtained from this research indicate that partially the variables Motivation and Work Discipline influence the quality of public services as seen from the t test where the independent variables have a positive influence on performance. The results of the F test research simultaneously show that work motivation and discipline influence the quality of public services. The amount of Work Motivation and Work Discipline to explain the performance variable is 44.0% while the remaining 56.0% is influenced by other factors outside the Work Motivation and Work Discipline variables explained in this research.References
