PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN, KEAMANAN DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN BARANG SECARA ONLINE (Studi Penelitian di Kota Medan)

Abstract
ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of trust, security and quality of service on online purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study is 240 who live in the field and have made purchases online. And Samples in this study are 71 people. Sampling technique using incidental sampling. The data analysis methods used are double linear regression analysis, hypothetical testing using partial test-t and test-f with a degree of significance of 0.05 and determination coefficient test (R2). The partial test (test-t) showed that confidence has a partially positive and significant influence on the decision to buy goods online with a tcount value > ttable is (3.961>1.66827) and a significant value of 0.000<0.05. Security partially has no positive and non-significant effect on the purchase decision of goods on-line with a tcount value < ttable is (-0.053<1.66827) and significant 0.958> 0.05. And the quality of service has a partially positive and significant influence on the decision to buy goods online with a tcount value of < ttable is (2.870<1.66827) and a significant value of 0.005<0.05. Simultaneous testing (F-Test) showed that confidence, security and quality of service simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on the decision of purchasing goods online with a value of Fcount>Ftabel that is (88.320>2.74) and a significant value of 0.000<0.05.The resulting determination coefficient (R2) was 0.789 or 78.9%, while the remaining 0.211 or 21.1% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
