ANALISIS SISTEM BAGI HASIL ANTARA PEMILIK MODAL DAN PENGGARAP TANAMAN KENTANG DAN CABAI DI DESA KUTARAYAT

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profit-sharing system in Kutarayat Village, Kec. Naman Teran, Kab. Karo, and to find out the factors that encourage the people of Kutarayat Village to share agricultural products. This type of research is classified as qualitative, and the data used are of two types, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of observation, direct interviews with related parties, and documentation. The results of the study, the profit-sharing system that occurred in Kutarayat Village, Kec. Nman Teran, Kab. This Karo is with a system of 50% for capital owners and 50% for smallholders. However, what needs to be known is that the form of the existing profit-sharing system is highly dependent on the agreement, which is the form of the profit-sharing system that will be implemented by both parties. The owner of the capital should be fair in the distribution of results to the farmers who have cooperated with him, and provide in accordance with the results of the agreement, in accordance with the results of the work of the farmers. For the sharecroppers, so that they can carry out their duties according to what is mandated and agreed upon, and not demand more than what has been agreed upon from the land owner.
