Abstract

The purpose ofthis study is to determine the effect of Self Efficacy on Employee Performance at Cassano Cafe, and the influence of Locus of Control on Employee Performance at Cassano Cafe.

The population in the study at Cassano Cafe was 30 respondents and the total sample was 30 respondents using saturated samples. The data sources in this study are from primary data, namely data obtained directly from the research location and secondary data, namely data derived from reports, books and journals related to it. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the regression analysisare Y = 11.137+ 0.795X1 + 1.055X2 + e whichshows Self Efficacy and Locus of Control have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Has a partial test (t) shows that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance where it can be seen that the value of tcount = 3.254 > ttable 1.703 and the variable Locus of Control also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance where it can be seen that thecalculated t value = 3.856 > ttable ,. The results of the Simultaneous Test (F) showed that Self Efficacy and Locus of Control had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated F value = 31.153 > Ftable 3.35. The results of the coefficient of determination of 0.698, this shows that 69.8% of Employee Performance variables are influenced by Self Efficacy and Locus of Control, while the remaining 30.2%, are influenced by other factors outside of this study
