PENGARUH MODAL KERJA DAN PERPUTARAN MODAL KERJA TERHADAP RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE) PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI)

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the effect of working capital and working capital turnover on to return on equity (ROE). The data in this research is secondary data is a financial statement from annual report financial statement on indonesia stock exchange (IDX), periode of 2012 until 2016.

            The type of research used in quantitatif research, population in this research is consumer goods industry of manufacturing industry listed on indonesiastock exchange (IDX). Obtained a number of samples of 3 companies from 24 companies from indonesia stock exchange (IDX). The sample of research taken by purposive sampling that based on purpose and consideration of certain of criterion. Method of data analysis using the classical assumption test, Multiple Linear Regression analysis and hypotesis testing using ( t test, f test and determination adjusted test.

            Analysis result indicate that from t_test parcialy there are t_value 0,883 < t_table 2,179 thats meanare working capital does not affect to the ROE, working capital turn over with t_value 9,209 > t_table 2,179 parcialy there are the influenced ROE. The result indicate by F_test with F_value 59,307 > F_table 3,89 simultanly there are the influence significant to the working capital and working capital turnover represented by Return on Equity.The coefficient of detemination is 0,86( 86,0%). So it can be said that variable of working capital and working capital turnover simultanly there are the influence ROE amount 86,0%, while the rest amount 14,0% influenced by other variable which is not explained by this researchmodel.
