PENGARUH WORK FROM HOME DAN SOCIAL DISTANCING PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID–19 TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA PT. GONDOLA ALTA FORTUNA MEDAN

Abstract
The problem in this study is the effect of Social distancing and work form home
on employee productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work
from home and Social distancing on employee productivity at PT. Gondola Alta
Fortuna Medan. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach using multiple
regression analysis techniques and uses primary and secondary data. Data were
collected through distributed questionnaires, the sample used in this study was 30
respondents, then the methods included classical assumption test and hypothesis testing,
t test and F test, analysis of determination with analysis through SPSS version 25
software. Based on the results of the study indicate that the work from home and Social
distancing variables have a positive effect and significant on increasing employee
productivity, this can be seen from the results of statistical tests, the results of multiple
linear regression equations where Y = 14.666 + 0.309X1 + 0.526X2 + e, the results t
test X1 tcount = 3.995 > ttable = 2.051 and t-test results X2 tcount = 3.084 > ttable =
2.051, F test results where Fcount = 65.125 > Ftable 3.35 with a significant value of
0.000 < 0.05 (5%), the value determination of 0.816 or 81.6%, this shows that the
independent variable has an effect on increasing the dependent variable by 81.6%
through while the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other factors, so that the proposed
hypothesis is that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a
significant effect between work from home and Social distancing on employee
productivity.
