PENGARUH FASILITAS KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BAKRIE SUMATERA PLANTATION,Tbk

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations.Tbk. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations.Tbk, amounting to 40 respondents. While the determination technique is simple random sampling. The data sources in this study were primary data and secondary data. Where the primary data from observations and questionnaires. Meanwhile, secondary data can be obtained from data that has been documented. While the analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.
The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 13,521 + 0,216X1 + 0,495X2 + e which shows that work facilities and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the hassil test (t) or partial test shows that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance which can be seen from the t value 2.073> t table 1.68709 and work environment variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance where it can be seen the value count 4.479> t table 1.68709.
The results of the determinant coefficient with a correlation regression value of 0.753 means that together the Work Facilities and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantations.Tbkhas contributed to a close and positive level. Where the Adjusted R Square value is 0.567 (56.7%). So it can be said that 56.7% variation of the dependent variable, namely work facilities and work environment in the model can explain the variable performance of employees at PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations.Tbk while the remaining 43.3% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
